Nature of the service
The website does not complete real estate transactions online. Any sale, rental, reservation, mandate or service agreement must be confirmed through a separate written agreement between the relevant parties.
Listings and prices
Property prices, rents, surfaces, availability, photos, videos, expected delivery dates and features are indicative. They may be updated or withdrawn without notice by owners, developers or Paraguay Realty.
Fees and commissions
Agency fees, promotion fees, brokerage commissions or service costs are communicated before any paid engagement. No paid service is considered confirmed without written acceptance of the applicable proposal or agreement.
Client responsibility
Clients should review all legal, tax, technical and financial information before signing any document. Paraguay Realty can coordinate introductions and information, but independent professional advice may be required.
